What is Your Favorite Gaming Platform from the Past?

PS2 is probably my favorite console

GameCube is my all-time favorite console hands-down

SNES. So many fond memories with that system. Followed closely by the 360 which had so many excellent games.

Then and now, it's the SEGA Genesis. Nothing maybe aside from the PC can come close to the amount of fun I've had with it.

Sega Dreamcast.

• Cool and yet innovatively unique memory cards
• Compact size (one of the smallest consoles I've ever owned)
• Steady supply of just plain fun titles, some quite unique along with excellent 3rd party support

Second runner up: Super NES

• 6 button controller
• Quite a few great arcade ports
• Capcom's best years
• Top 3rd party support
• Great use of large sprites and colorful graphics and detail.
• Starfox was ahead of it's time for such hardware.

All time fav is either SNES or PS2

Probably PS2, most of my favourite games come from that system.

first PC, I voted for Ps1 out the poll options though. The ps1 has a lot of my favourite games of all time.

Its between SNES, N64, Gamecube, 360 or 3DS. I've had a shit ton on fun on all of them.

Not counting the PC or Amiga, I'll take the 3DO. Its whole existence may have seemed like a flash in the pan. But, I remember it more fondly than any other console.
