Xbox 360/soon to be PC, I will have to have you guys inspect my specs some time because I need someone to critique me on my part choices, I have a $2000 budget.
That doesn't equal "what type of gamer" you are, thats just your hardware preferences. I'm a hardcore gamer with over 20 years of gaming under my belt and hyper critical of my games. (ESPECIALLY MY FPS's which have been steadily declining in quality and overall innovation) Thats a "type of gamer". My "hareware preference" is a 360 and I also own a PS3. Would like a competent gaming Rig but don't see myself dishing out $800+ anytime soon. See the difference?..I'm a PSWiiDSPSPC. That's PlayStation 3 + Nintendo Wii + Nintendo DS + PlayStation Portable + Personal Computer.

Yes, but you can also say, "I'm a PS3 gamer," and it still makes sense. But I can see what you mean.

im also a anti shooter gamer whiich mean i realy am sick and tired of every game this gen haveing to do wtih just getting from point a to point b useing only a gun.
im also a single player kinda guy. online was cool and all then cod came in and screwe dthat over. now its like metroid. you gotto levle up and work for your next equipment and its all about grinding hours on end till you get all your equipment instead of actualy haveing fu modes. you nwant a perfect example on how online should have stayed. play g-mod counter strike or halo 3. they are just about fun modes and not levleing. but mag was pretty fun
PC-Wii-PS2-PSP1000-NDS-NGC. The kid has a PS3. I'm sure she'll let go of it once she gets a 3DS. But the majority of my gaming is still flight sims on the PC.
I own all consoles and both handhelds. Basically I play pretty much every type of genre there is. If its good I will play it.:D
[QUOTE="Big-Shamrock"]I'm the one who is too cool for a label.jsh020so your the stuck up guy on the forums Nope, the one who is tongue in cheek.
I have a 360, Wii, PSP, DS, good enough PC and got a PS3 bundle pre-ordered (move bundle). Spreading the love this gen - for me there are too many great exclusives on each console to miss out on.
I favour my 360 far more than the others though.
I've become a single-player gamer. I just can't do online anymore. I much prefer enjoying a game at my own pace and not having to worry about annoying teammates or "winning."

More gamers with your mindset would make the obnoxious world of online gaming a much better place. I find myself in a similar situation this gen.
