I use a 50" Seiki 4K Smart tv. It allows me to play my Xbox games in 4K; that's the reason I bought it. My old tv was a piece of crap. What kind of TV/Monitor do you guys use for gaming?

Samsung 65 UHD; got it this winter.
I would usually not bother getting 4K televisions, as I don't honestly notice the picture quality differences. But my old one died out so I was long overdue the upgrade. & wanted to see what the fuss was about. I still don't really see a difference, but the screen itself is light and saves electricity by comparison to my older one.
@RSM-HQ: did you notice any improvements? I am not familiar with samsung but if its capable for good HDR mapping then you will definitely see a very good difference compared to older tvs. Colors just pop more. Also much more fragile modern tvs dont last long :/.
85" SONY X900H. It was the TV suggested and made for the PS5. I use it for all my games even though I know I'm at a disadvantage with that large of a screen in multiplayer games I don't care. One day I'll probably try playing on a home theater...
@sakaixx: The 65 UHD Samsung is the one I got recommended from a trusted source, the quality is considered good but not the best as it is a few years old now. For me more important is Samsung smart television last a long time (apparently)
For the color, or vibrate picture; find it's usually due to customers leaving the image as default. I always play with the settings to fit my preference. But not really notice it being any better in particular.
Prior had a 720p HD, the jump to my new 4K UHD just isn't quite the SD to a HD screen some make it out to be. As such for me the image isn't a clear difference. 4K remains more pixels than the eye can notice, it's marketing buzz-wording for those who like to brag about more pixels. I can only assume how stupid a 8K display is.
For me the new screens advantages are it being lighter, bigger, powersaving features, and working.
A budget 4k TV but looking at an upgrade this year at some point. Looking at oled but really worried about burn in.
TCL 50 inch 4K
Before that I had a 42 inch Insignia Plasma HD TV that about two years ago broke. Had that TV for 14 years and it was decent.
“82” Samsung 4K tv. It was $4,000+ but worth the price. Use it for my XSX and watching the news for most of my television viewing I get.

Completely agree.
My main TV is a 75" 4K and while impressive, it wasn't quite the game changer SD to HD was.
Otherwise, I still game on a 1080p 60hz 27" computer monitor.
A Gigabyte FV43U. 144Hz VA 43" 4K Panel with Freesync Premium Pro. It's also in very much a normal PC desktop setup so it takes up ALL my viewing when playing games. It's great :D.
Overall happy with it but it doesn't tick all the boxes.
It's still a nice upgrade from my previous screen though. Freesync is very nice to have and the image quality is better overall than my old screen.
I use a 27" Acer monitor with a 165Hz refresh rate for gaming because I like to play shooters. The high refresh rate delivers a smooth and crisp graphical experience, which is critical for fast-paced and dynamic games. It helps me react faster and enjoy games to the fullest.
in my living room, I have a regular 27 inch RCA tv that I use mostly to watch Netflix, YouTube etc with my Playstation 4.
then in my bedroom I have a smaller regular VIZIO tv where I do the same thing using the TV hooking it up to my Playstation 4 and X Box One S for movies etc
For gaming, it's best to use a TV or monitor with low input lag, high refresh rate (at least 120Hz), and good resolution (preferably 4K for clear visuals). Monitors with features like G-Sync or FreeSync are great for smoother gameplay. For professionals like a UI UX designer, a monitor with accurate color representation is important for design work, but gaming monitors can also offer an enjoyable gaming experience with fast response times and sharp visuals.
