Level 18 in Fallout 3, I can't bring my self to finish leveling up completely. because I already beat all the quest :(
I don't remember my levels on Oblivion because I have about 5 characters, but obviously Lv20 on Fallout 3. Clocked Oblivion and almost clocked Fallout 3, but caught Red Light before I was about to do the last 2 or 3 achievements.
Level 21 in fallout 3 (use the "Here and now" perk, i also wish they had a daedric armor easter egg for level 21) and about 37 in OB
