everyone has nes games that no matter what you do it takes forever to get it to work, its basically it or miss,

But i know people have those games that work everytime no matter what. for me its ninja gaiden 1, this game for me will work no matter what i do to it, i can put this game ina vaccum then vaccum my house take the game out put it in my nes straight from the vaccum and will work on the first shot, its amazing, this game works every time first time under any condition. and then there are game like operation wolf that takes me forever to get it to work.

My copy of Double Dragon 2 works always.

Most of the time I use it to get the NES going real smooth and then I change games.

Sounds like someone needs to clean their games!

I use this paste sold at nintendorepairshop that I use to clean all my cartridge based games. So all of my nes/snes/genesis games work right when I put them in.

I take good care of my stuff, so all my old games still work fine. It never hurts to clean your games every once in a while (as long as you don't put them in the dishwasher or anything stupid like that).

Its not a NES game, but my copy of Super Mario World on the SNES is a beast. I have spilled soda on it, stepped on it countless times, dropped it down my stairs and on concrete and it still works like a charm

I have a copy of Castlevania, given to me by my friend's dad. He was the original owner and after getting frustrated with it, he smashed it against the wall. He had it in a drawer up until last summer when I got it from him.

The whole top portion of the cart is missing, but it still plays without incident.

Games that work in any case for me would be SMB3 and Hidlyde (unfortunately).

On the other hand, my copies of Metroid, Gun-Nac and Blades of Steel can be difficult to use.

I have 76 NES games none of them work. I'm just need to get the 72 Pin connector. it should come in the mail soon. I order it Yesterday. After I replace it. All my NES and Pirated NES games should work on it.
