I would love to see a Final Fantasy VI remake, and to me that would be more exciting than an FFVII remake which to me is also exciting.

None really, remakes are usually horrible or sloppy.

I always have these three when posed this question...: Resident Evil 2 Metal Gear Solid Tomb Raider II They would be on all consoles as well, unless I would be sad if I couldn't play the MGS remake :( :P. If gaming companies were listening, and I was told to pick just one for the time being and they would make it... I would choose... wow, this is hard :P. I will go with Tomb Raider II for the time being :). But only if it stays true to the original... I felt that Anniversary ruined it a bit by changing a lot of things about the levels. They ruined one of my favourite Tomb Raider I levels in Tomb Of Qualopec (level after The Lost Valley), things like that.Ashley_wwe

MGS got a remake six years ago in the Twin Snakes. That was a remake of the original MGS. So it already has one remake as it is.

Thats understandable. I am going to be honest with you though, i actually prefer the original PSX MGS game over Twin Snakes. The reason is while its a nice looking game and has all new voice acting(Thats where Naomis and Mei Lings Accents went out of the window) it just seemed that the game was easier than MGS. The orginal MGS is a challenging game I think(Especially after playing it this past summer). What twin snakes did was it added features found in MGS 2, such as hiding bodies into say lockers and stuff, but did not adjust the rest of the game to fit. Adding these features is a neat addition, but not when they overbalanced it and made it far to easy. It made the game far too easy, its as if they did not adjust the AI, but thats just me I guess. I would like to see a remake that does not have that issue, but again I am a bit jaded at times. Thats just my thought anyway.

Just curious, why would you want to see a MvC and Capcom vs SNK remake seeing as they both got vastly superior sequels on DC and okay versions on the PS2?

You are right about FFIV being a remake, I donot Consider Chrono Trigger on the DS to be a remake. It is essentially the same game with many many new features but unlike FFIV, where that game was reworked from the top to the bottom, Chrono Trigger DS is an enhanced port of the original game. Though I will say that Chrono Trigger DS to me is the definitive and best version of that amazing game. So no Chrono Trigger never got a remake but an enhanced remake...however it almost got an unofficial 3D remake. It was called Chrono Resurection and it was a fan project, but SE of course sent a cease and desist order to the project and shut it down. Though check these out...This is what it could of been..

Yeah well with the way things go I will be blunt with you. I donot think we will see a 3D remake from Square Enix, they seemed to have forgotten about the Chrono Games despite Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross being two their most lauded titles!
