Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis. There was supposed to be a Stargate SG1 FPS but it got cancelled. I was really looking forward to it and I think a stargate fps could be really good. As soon as they cancelled the fps they announced an mmo. That was just a complete slap in the face. MMOs are not fun to play imo. I think that mmo isn't in development anymore either.
That's a tough one, seeing that I don't watch TV as much as I used to :P
But from what I've seen, the only TV shows that get turned video games are the ones that appeal to kids (e.g. Spongebob) and anime (Naruto, DBZ, Bleach).
I'd like to see a game based on G Gundam (or is it Gundam G?), because it was one of my favorite shows as a kid, yet it stopped showing on Toonami all too soon.
I really don't think any show on TV would make a good game. At least the ones I watch. My Name is Earl the Game sounds really lame...

I would like a New AirWolf Video Game
Nice choice.
I'd like to see a game based off the show CSI. I've always wanted a police/detective/solve murders mystery RPG.
Ah, okay, RPG. I was going to say that there have already been several CSI games, but you're looking for something different. My kids would like to see a LEGO Buffy The Vampire Slayer game.
Personally, I don't think TV series translate very well into video game format. But if I had to pick one, I'd say Babylon 5. Lots of scope for action adventure in that universe. I know they started development of a game based on that series a long time ago, and it all came to naught. But I still think it could make a decent transition, maybe as an action role-playing game.

When I finish my games design course I'm gonna try and get a job at whatever company has the license to make a stargate game and eventually I'm going to make an amazing stargate game. Just wait and see. It will happen!
CSI would be good if done right. What they released for the PC was lame.
A game based on M*A*S*H would be pretty awesome. You could play on line with your friends waiting for the call over the PA system. Then you have to go to surgery on all the shoulders that come in. It would change up where one time you are in the OR for maybe a couple of hours to maybe 12, 13 hours. In between you'd have your character get some sleep, eat, go on R&R or you could play poker with your friends in the SWAMP. Female gamers could start off as just a regular nurse doing the simple jobs and try to work their way up to head nurse. You could put in for transfers to other M*A*S*H units. Doctors could work there way up to be named head surgen and then to LTC or COL and get there own M*A*S*H unit.
I want to see a serious developer take on 24 again. I think with the right developer, they could certainly pull off a great adaption.
I would say Heroes because I love that show and it would be a pretty fun game, maybe a PRG type action game where you upgrade your powers and choose different paths i.e. Hero vs. Villain. But considering how most TV-show-turned-video-game games turn out, I don't think that it would turn out well unless a really good publisher did it.
