Mine would have to be Spyro the Dragon for the PS1.

With my Dad - Aladdin when i was like 4
By myself - Crash Bandicoot 3 when i was 6 in 2000
EDIT- NVm when my dad got all the gems. So I guess it was Ico for ps2.
I played too many NES games for it not to have been one of those, but the first I clearly remember isn't till Super Mario World on the SNES. I remember the first time I played the original SMB was actually on an arcade machine so it must have been Super Mario Vs. I don't remember beating either the NES or arcade game at the time, but when I re-played it on the VC, I remembered every detail of the last level and didn't die or pick the wrong path once in my entire play through of the game so I must have beaten it, right?Weird that those things become built into you, I almost felt like I could have played it blindfolded.
I don't know exactly how old I was... probably 4 or 5, but I am pretty sure it would have to be Super Mario Brothers.
don't have a clue....
i do remember never being able to beat level 8 on NES Mario Bros... finally, years, years and more years later I tried again, and smoked it in just two or three attempts.
Either Starfox 64 or Kirby and the Crystal Shards. On normal paths that is; I didn't beat the alternate last bosses (02 and Andross' brain until later)
