I loved the Streets of Rage games, and I also loved the Turtles games. Turtles in Time always gets talked about, but I think the true gem in the series is Hyperstone Heist. It's so underrated, nobody ever talks about it, and yet I felt it was superior to TiT in pretty much every way
Anything from the genius Makoto Uchida : Juuouki, Golden Axe, Revenge of Death Adder, Alien Storm, Dynamite Deka 1 and 2.
Capcom had a lot great beat em ups that are some are my favorites: Captain Commando, Final Fight, Knights of the Round, Marvel Super Heroes, and X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse.Eikichi-Onizukathis right here, adding cadillacs and dinosaurs and alien vs predator...great stuff
Showing my age but, Renegade on the Spectrum- thefirst game I played where you could knee someone in the balls!

I tried Turtles 4 and it was quite boring to me. I had great fun in Turtles 3 with a friend.

I hear you brother, although I was a Commodore man I had friends that played the old 48k Spectrum. One of my favorites must be Target renegade for the C64.
Also Altered beast on the Genesis (It never came to the arcades where I'm from) Also Golden Axe (This one I played the Arcade version of). I like Double Dragon (NES), Fist II, Final fight (Arcade)and New York Warriors (Amiga).
