What was your favourite Pokemon game? (GB, GBC and GBA only)

I would have to say that my favourite Pokemon game on Nintendo's previous handhelds was Pokemon Crystal for the GBC. It was really good for you to have 16 badges instead of the usual 8 and added a lot more play time to the game. I know Gold and Silver had 16 badges as well but Crystal was the first metallic Pokemon game I played. I also liked the unique story tied in with Crystal, the one that involved Suicune.

I would have to go with Pokemon Yellow... You could get all of the starting pokemon and it was the first that I played...

But, to be truthful non of the Pokemon games were that much fun... I would much rather play one of the FF's for the GBA then a Pokemon...

Yeah, getting all of the starting Pokemon in Yellow was cool. I thought that when Pikachu followed you it was cool but the more I play the game the more annoying I find it. I don't know many people who owned Yellow and kept Pikachu with them until the Elite Four.
