What was you're first video game?

My first game wasCrash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back on PS.

I was 6 at the time and i became a video game addict ever since.

Not sure, but I remeber my older brother getting a 64. So maybe a mario game, gonkey kong, or 007

A borrowed Nes or SNES, with a pool game and some game where Donald Duck was the hero, and you used his cane like a pogo stickto bounce on enemy heads.

Super Mario Bros NES.

Probably either Ms Pacman or Jungle Hunt on the Atari 2600. At least, those are the two that I found the most fun at the time.

My first game was Mario for the NES

If I'm not mistaken it was an MS-DOS game.. Hugo's House of Horrors. It was either that or Jill of the Jungle.

Got an Atari 2600(wood paneling with 6 switches on the front)for Christmas when I was 6-7 years old, and it came with Combat. Played some arcade games like Space Invaders, Boot Hill, and Asteroids when I was around that age too. Had a friend that had the Pong system, it was black/silver and had these two big turn knobs on the right and left of the console.

The commander Keen Series or the first Wolfenstein game. dont remember

Mine was Namco Museum for the PS1. I forget what volume it was. It was the one with the C on the disc. Such fond memories. I remember it had this awesome TG-16 game on it called Ordyne. It was side scrolling space ship shooter. I loved it.

Doom, Super Metroid, Command and Conquer. I was 5 at the time.

Can't remember the very first one, but the first one that was @#$%ing awesome was GTA Vice City.

I think it was the first Spyro or Crash Bandicoot games to come out. I was like 5, I think. I had a played a few before that, but I had finally gotten one that was all my own. :)

Pac-man at a SD,CA Roundtable pizza in the '80's. Years(?) later I would unwrap a NES and play the Mario/Duck Hunt game.

I'm taking the question to mean what's the first console/computer game I owned.

Simple.... Actually.... no. I bought a bunch of games when I bought my Atari 2600. Star Raiders and Pitfall Harry come to mind although I remember buying at least 7 or 8 games that day.

The first game I remember playing in my life is probably "Baseball" on the Coleco at my parents friend's house. My dad also brought home a Vic-20 and a neighbor gave me a cassette that had a few games, but the only one I remember was "Mini-Golf". We also had a Telestar, which is basically "Pong" under a different name, which was actually my parents system which was passed on to me..............But, the very first game I could call my own, the one that I consider my true first that got me in to gaming was "Double Dragon" on the Sega Mastersystem. That's the first game ever added to my collection which I got around 1987, and it still sits in my collection today. :)

Super Mario Bros. for the NES. It was my dad's NES, he gave it to me then he sold it on E-Bay without telling me until later. Childhood memory = 100$

I can't remember the exact first one I played. One of the earliest I remember was digger (not dig dug) on my 086 IBM compatible :)

It had the amazing popcorn as the sound track and I played that game sooooo much. Only got replaced when I got myDonkey Kong G&W :)
