Diablo 2 platinum edition for 1.95€ but it was already several years old when I bought it, so it doesn't exactly qualify for new game, even though it was new as in not a used one.

I just picked up Sonic's Ultimate Genesis collection for 69 cents, though that was after trading stuff in.
If trade ins don't count, then I bough Mortal Kombat 3 and Killer Instinct for $3 each.

Heavenly Sword, Resistance, Motorstorm, Folklore, Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow, Killzone: Liberation, Pursuit Force...all free from the Sony RLS. Technically speaking I did have to pay in points.
