What's the longest time straight you've ever spent playing a game?...

...On a legacy console.

I once played GTA Vice City (PS2) for 14 hours straight. And when I was a kid I played Super Mario Bros. 3 for 12 hours straight the first day I got it. This is difficult to pull off when you're a child and your parents try to limit your gaming time.

more than 18 hours... i beat the game with all dialogs because i wanted to try all of them and when i finished the game, i started again. i spent whole weekend without leaving home ( i left my room ofcourse! )

i beat mgs2 in the same way actually so it probably was again 18+ hours

mgs3 ? well it took more time... more days... since i started on hard and i wanted to play the end battle with stealth i spent 45+ minutes for just that battle... damn my best moments in gaming

16 hours on GTA San Andreas..PS2

technically its not playing but my gt4 game i had computer play it 24 hours +

the actual playing is only 14 hours on mc3

i set my own times to play but normally i only play 2-7 hours

20 hrs, I started at 6:30 am and had to quit at 2:30 the next morning. I often play from 7 pm to 3 or 4 am, but when I do that 4 or 5 days in a row it gets difficult to get up and go to work at 8am. I have to really enjoy the game for that to happen.
