Good question... I'm not sure. In terms of the game that I've spent the most time playing, that's Half-Life 2. But that's only because I've replayed it so much.
I used to put a lot of time into Pokemon games. I've been losing interest in the series lately though. But I put a lot of time into Ruby, creating a team that I really love.
easily Guild Wars. Last time I checked I was nearing 4000 hours. But I only play it on and off anymore. Of course, 4 years of playing will make anything lose a bit of its luster (not to mention, i sorta ran out of things to do). Love my time with the game and am eagerly awaiting its sequel.

How does that work? Almost 120-150 hours? It makes no sense. My longest played game is Oblivion. About 170 hours by the time I was done with it. I dont count every seconds of my gameplay. So i dont really exactly how much time i played DAO.

Fallout 3 - 60 Hours, (with all DLC's) Fallout New Vegas - 40 so far, and not even done. DA:O - I have no idea how you got to 120-150 hours, I took my time and it only took me 30 hours. Oblivion - Only 30, stopped playing after I finished the main story. COD MW2 - Total of 2 days gameplay (48 hours)
I probably put at least five times as many hours into Morrowind as I did into Oblivion, and I still never finished either of the expansion packs. Crazy stuff. :P
That probably isn't my most time-consuming though. I'm not sure what is.
*edit* I also remember playing and replaying older games, like Fallout 2, for years without ever getting bored with them.
Fallout 3 with all the expansions. I also added player made mods to spice it up, some of them are great bits of work that don't spoil the game but only enhance it with stuff the main crew probably would of done if they were not being pushed by publishers.
With Fallout 3 main game, almost every side quest, The Pit expansion, Point Lookout, Opperation Anchorage and Broken Steel I clocked up about 90 hours. I got to know my little character very well. Didn't bother with that Mothership Zeta one and from what I hear I made a good choice.
Team Fortress 2 - 500+ hours over the span of 3 years and counting
Civilization series - untold number of hours spread out over a decade or so (I've already put in 85 hours into Civ V which haas been out for only two months)
I've gone through FF X International twice with around 150 hours in both playthroughs for a total of ~300 hours. Not to mention umpteen hours on the God of War games when I did my NURs.
Most time consuming? Im goin with the Grand Theft Auto's Ever since GTA 3. its sucks away my hole day and sometimes weekend. get caught up just running around killing cops and goofing off. GTA 4 took me forever to beat... then again, I played that off and on...
Team Fortress 2 all the free updates keep me coming back for more although Counter Strike consumed more of my time if you add up my playtime for all 3 versions since there basically the same game.
Final Fantasy XI wins by a large large margin for me. Had somewhere around 1300 DAYS of time logged on the game in the 6 years I played. Fallout 3 would be in a distant second with somewhere around 100 hours with two playthroughs.

And I have also a tough time with the combat as I am not a strategy gamer. And pc version is harder than console.
FFXI by a huuuuge margin for me. It kinda makes me sad when i think about how much of my life was spent on that game inthe4 years I played. But it was really fun while it lasted.
