Doom 3 was pretty scary. not scary like, "oh no, I don't wanna go in that room", but it made me jump a lot of times. no matter how much I got used to what the enemies looked like, and walked like, and acted like, they still scared me every time I saw one. I think hell knights were the worst...or the pinky demons. But at the same time is was a real intense FPS. Not like, slow paced like silent hill, or fatal frame.
The scariest game of all time would have to be either Manhunt or Resident Evil. I'm gonna lean more towards Resident Evil though just for the graphics on the zombies. And i've been afraid of Zombie since I was 6 :shock:
