where can i find bloodgrass in OBLIVION

Hi, im on the level of curing myself of being a vampire and im stuck on the part where i need to find bloograss for the witch. Please ive tried the mages guilds and looked around, anywhere?

Please help.

Look near closed oblivion gates or Oblivion itself.

you need to go through an oblivion gate..

in the realm of oblivion its all that tall red grass everywhere

just keep picking till you get some :P

There is a bug where you cant get cured.. its quite infamous.

I cant believe it, I didnt think it would happen to me, ive got 3 bloodgrass yet the witch doesn't take it, ive heard a lot about this bug and was worried but im going to start from 1 of my previous save files and give her the bloodgrass first and the rest after, will this work?
