really I used them all. Games chars. were really well balanced back in the day. Never really had a fav. as I liked how the chars had variance.. something I dont find in Smash Bros. Where everyone has the same basic moves.
Chun Li was best character that I played many times. Most of my friends told me that they had hard time to beat my Chun Li. My friend from California told me that his Ken beat his friend's Chun Li, then he failed to beat me. Because I used different styles than his friend. His friend used lightning kicks. I used flying combos, and dirty tactics, he did say so. =/
Um...I never really was good at that game back in the day, but then I recently got reunited with it just for random cravings. Ryu is who I usually play as but Im still like amature(sp) at the game :(
I played with almost all of them, the only two I really didn't like to play with was Mike Bison and Balrog (note those names being the Japanese vergion which I played, American vergsion has different names)
The rest I play petty much at the same number of times.
