Which console released the best Castlevania

PS1 with SotN and GBA with AoS

DS Dawn of Souls and GBA Aria of Sorrow.

I'd go with Symphony Of The Night on the PSX.

The Castlevania for the 64 was pretty awesome~ The SNES was too.
