Just got Dragon Age: Origin. From reviews & game play footage I didn't like the "tabletop" style of combat so that discouraged me for a while, but I really needed something to play and took the plunge and got it. I'm still not a fan of the combat but the story is really getting me interested now.

On the moment I am replaying Tony Hawk's Proving Ground so I can perhaps write a review about it. That sick score is really a pain in the *ss! But nice graphics for being already an older Ps3 game.

Medieval 2 Total War and it's taking forever!

A good mix of Anarchy: Rush Hour, Plants vs. Zombies, and MW2.

I'd say it is better then the first, with a short, but action packed story, and an improved multi-player. Although you will find a vast number of haters on this site.

I'm playing COD MW2 but it sucks ( no choice of map or dedicated server)so I'm going back to CODMW. Playing BF Bad Co. but it blows (terrible targeting system)so I'm giving the whole series up for good. Left 4 Dead isn't all bad. Kinda like MSN Spades and UB Poker.

White Knight Chronicles, No More Heroes for the PS3, and Pokemon SoulSilver. All are enjoyable, especially Pokemon.

Also working on getting a Platinum trophy in FF13. I'm 68% done, but I'll most likely need another 25-30 hours to acquire it.

I have been think about buying Left 4 Dead. What are the positive and negative things about Left 4 Dead?

I am going to probably buy bioshock in the near future. It's price has really went down and it looks like a cool game.

If I would ask you to choose between Bioshock 1 and 2, which would you choose? Is Bioshock 2 a good follow up? Do you need to have played the first one to understand the second one?

Played a demo of RE5 and It is a game I am going to buy. Hard at the start but will get easier. Once it did it is a very cool game.

What about Killzone 2? Decent follow up or more of the same?

This very instant, nothing. (I had to say that too).

But currently White Knight Chronicles is eating up approximately 95% of my game time (I am so addicted to this game), with the other 3 percent going to Mass Effect 2, 1.5% Bayonetta and 0.5% probably Saints Row 2 with my brother on the weekend from time to time.

MW2 for the xbox 360 and Halo Wars. Both are really fun.

Planescape: Torment, very fun for a 10 year old game, funniest game I've played since Monkey Island too.

I like monkey island. Completed them all except the first one. That latest version: Tales of Monkey island is one of the best but far more easy then the others.

Can youtell me about this "Torment" game if you want?

PS3 - Final Fantasy XIII, it's really linear and quite boring. For me a RPG should include your actions changing the way the story goes. FF XIII just seems to be walk, fight, walk, fight, cut scene, repeat. PC - Dragon Age: Origins, also reasonably linear but it's a lot more interesting that FF XIII. It feels like a RPG. :)CellAnimation

Is Dragon Age: Origins Boring? I want to buy it but I am afraid it is a game like The Elder Scrolls/Fallout 3 which are GREAT games do not get me wrong, but I am a fanatic of cutscenes. In Elder Scrolls/Fallout 3 when you talk to people (which you do a lot and is cool enough in it's ways) you do not really see any cutscenes. Is this changed in Dragon Age: Origins? Are there cutscenes which overlook all the characters, including you?

And I thougt Dragon Age: Origins had a lot of free will choices you could make? These choices are not really a part of the story are they, the outcome would not affect any of the main characters? I saw a trailer with a captured white tiger, you could decide to kill him or not. When you do not kill him a cutscene begins where you walk away while behind you the tiger gets out it's cage onto street. He climbs in the first car he sees. A person gets in the car and gets killed.

So there is a way of choosing something, but those choices maybe have not got anything to do with the real story?

Right this second, Aliens Vs Predator (which came as part of a bundle) It has some cool ideas but the gameplay is mediocre and frustrating. With drab environments too so I'm with the critics on this one, it's half decent at the very best. I'm ploughing through it quickly then I'll trade it for Just Cause 2.Floppy_Jim

Just Cause 2 looks pretty good, I gonna pick it up to. I only hope it does not get to repetitive.

On the 360 - Mass Effect 2. Just taking my time playing through the companion loyalty missions. The tedium of having to scan planets is kind of making me not want to finish the game.

On the PS3 - Final Fantasy XIII - I didn't think I would enjoy the combat system, but I am really getting into the paradigms. The game is pretty linear for an RPG, though. It's still fun.

On the PC - Left 4 Dead & Civ IV

On PS3: Yakuza 3. Great game that reminds me of some older games I love like the GTAs and Shenmues.

On Wii: Sakura Wars: So Long My Love. Funny situations and dialog, interesting characters, fun battles, and like no other game I've played.

On DS: Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey. Very good and deep SMT game with a large number of demons to get.

Fallout 3 Point Lookout, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky, and the Skate 3 demo for 360.

Grandia and Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow.

Grandia has been quite good. The levelling and skill improvement system is the best of any RPG I've played, the battle system is one of the better ones, and the story is a nice change of pace from most JRPGs due to its lightheartedness.

Aria of Sorrow is also impressing me. It's the first Metroidvania game I've played that has impressed me almost as much as CotM. This is mostly because I'm finding many ways of setting up challenge runs in it that seem interesting.
