I haven't played a lot of games so I can't really pick one. :/

Super Mario Kart: I remember flipping out because the AI hit me with projectiles.
Counter Strike: It doesn't make much sense that I can get knifed when the other guy didn't seem to be within reach of me (not to mention that stupid hopping trick). It's a death I often refuse to accept without going for some kind of vengeance (in-game of course).
God of War 2 : Theseus... I hated this *******! One of the hardest bosses in a Titan Mode : No Upgrade Run!! Then there is the bloody Endurance Run... I hate them both and they make my blood boil!!!
Ninja Gaiden Black : Alma and Awakened Alma. I hate them. They make me feel like killing everything in sight!
Red Dead Redepmtion, Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep...perhaps if i pick up home front i will get that feeling...and i am unamerican as hell.

Easy one for me, when first pvp hit online, and everything you owned got taken. Revenge is a under statement. As time passed and it became common place in games, it was quite the adrenaline rush being attacked and loosing everything you own when first introduced.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. Nothing else (even non-gaming things) has ever got me to react in such a way that I feel complete rage and sorrow for the death of a fictional character. I never once ever identified with any Sabbat character after that point, and felt it was my duty to crush every single one of them into dust and piss on the piles of dust afterwards. I made it my goal to utterly destroy every single last one of them.
You mean that companion you have? The Sabbat are a very typical villain and Heather wasn't an extraordinary character... I mean, the game had its creepy moments that were very well done, but nothing in Bloodlines could ever evoke the slightest hint of sorrow/rage/vengeance to me. Plus, that incident with the Sabbat ( which I assume you're referring to ) felt... anti-climatic to me.Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. Actually I might have to pick Fallout 3. Those of you who have played it know what I'm talking about.
I wanted vengence on Fire Emblem: Seisen No Keifu
Vengance on Alvis, for murdering everyone in my party, keep in mind that deaths in Fire Emblem are usually permanent. Of those he murdered includes my brother in law, my sister, and even THE main character. Right before showing you that he stole your wife and your wife is now bethrothed to him. You spend the second half of the the game trying to avenge your then dead main character. Who you spent the first half developing and raising.
