Ocarina Of Time - 10 times, last time with 3 hearts through the whole game.

Resident Evil 4 - beat 5 times

Super Mario World - one of the best platformers ever

Chrono Cross - for different paths through the game and multiple endings.

Chrono Trigger - multiple endings all the stuff in this game.

Gunstar Heroes - I played this so much as a kid completed it well over 50 times

Sonic 1,2,3 & Knuckles - Yep as a kid this ate up my childhood many lazy days playing all through each one in a single day good times :D

Final Fantasy 7,8,9,10 - I played these in my twilight years racked up over well over 100 hours for each one :P
