Which Games Stand Out In Your Memory As Having Amazing Or Horrible AI.

I was really blown away with the AI in the original Perfect Dark for the N64. These bots really knew how to fight back, (depending on the level they were on :D)

On the other hand i thought the AI in some current RTS games pretty bad. The worst AI i can think of UT2004, my opinion but i struggled with them.

Any thoughts?

I just finished Gears 2 campaign mode and the AI in this game helps you out a lot- however the COD series of games the AI that "suppose" to help you either gets you killed or damn near gets you killed....Anybody play Mile High Club on COD 4- I mean really what was the point of having the other 2 SAS soldiers with you? They only start killing after you died...

Soldier of fortune 2 had some of the worst A.I. ever. On the other hand, the A.I. is pretty much why I play halo,it sure aint the storyline.
