When you say remake of Metal Gear 1 and 2, I assume you mean the original Metal Gear games (NOT Solid)? If so, then I would say the original Metal Gear 1, as I am not a fan of Final Fantasy, nor have I ever played the Turtles game or heard of Hybrid Heaven until now and if I was going to choose a Metal Gear, I might as well go with the first one as I haven't played any yet (both are in the HD Collection, but I didn't get around to those two yet, as there's a LOT to do in the HD Collection). Unless I can say BOTH Metal Gear 1 and 2? :P
