Who are the best Dev's in your opinion?

My favourites would be Naughty dog and sony santa monica. Not necessarily for the games they put out but just for their dedication and work ethic to really polish games

This gen, my favourites are Nintendo EAD, Retro Studios, GSC Game World, Crytek, and DICE.

Rockstar- Grand Theft Auto 4 and Red Dead Redemption.

This gen I would have to say Bungie, Naughty Dog, Epic Games, Rockstar, and Ubisoft. But my all time favorite devs are Konami and Square, they made my two all time favorite game series and no one will replace them.

I've always loved Capcom and Blizzard (Its a love or hate relationship though with Blizzard)

Crytek, Nintendo, Blizzard, Valve, DICE, Massive Ent., Stardock, Media Molecule, and the developers of Civilization (Sorry, I forgot the name.).

Valve and Blizzard.

Valve, Blizzard for the care they put into their games, id software and Epic Games, basically for Epic's unmatched apporach to their Unreal Engine

Double Fine!!! Plus 90's LucasArts. Good times indeed.

Blizzard because they haven't made a bad game yet, and release it when it's done.
Crytek because of their games being both fun to play, and technically impressive.
Smaller developers like GSC Gameworld that do their own thing and make something special,

DICE if they can pull their ish together for BF3. Not so much if they release another "Bad Company" game.

Bethesda, Bioware and Valve.

I used to...actually I still love and appreciate work of SquareEnix, even though I'm not really thrilled with some of their late projects, though my all time favorite is Konami, all due to games such as Metal Gear Solid, Silent Hill and Pro Evolution Soccer, games that exceed in their genre.

I'm also grown fond of EA lately, the same company used to be known for it's evil reputation, some of the decisions they made and quality tittles they've been releasing lately forced me to have a sudden change of heart, the same can be said for Activision, only vice versa.

RockSteady's now got a solid place in my heart since Batman: AA.

I just want American Mcgee to make that Alice sequel, then I can die in peace.

I was gonna say valve too but they have been pretty ignorant the last few years. But they seem to be redeeming themselves nowadays. Lets hope they keep it up

None. Seriously. I look at devs the same as musicians. Not everything they release I'm gonna like. Plus I'm no fanboy...YoungSinatra25

Bioware is such a superb studio. I really hope after the Mass Effect series is done they come up with another great series that can hold my interest in much the same way.
