[spoiler] Ultimecia because she has such a wacky and zany motive, time compression which is perfect for a super villain. People forget about the awesome ones. [/spoiler]
Jecht because he is kinda a villan but regrets it if u no what i mean or sepiroth because i grew to hate him and want to kill him at the end and i love his theme one winged angel
My favorite? Chaos (Dissidia edition) and his band of villians (their Dissidia editions). Why? Because...[spoiler] Near the end of the game, he pretty much owns everyone, and the world, with virtually no chance to stop him now. That is, until the 10 Warriors of Light (No, not 10 copies of THAT Warrior of Light) fight him one last time and win. And then begins the 20 min. long ending FMV. [/spoiler]
Kefka, He wanted to destroy everything because he just wanted too. Every other FF Villian has had some kind of reason, Kefka was just a psychopath.Treflis
Well anyone can make a the Joker rip-off, it's not that hard. Plus he did state that he wanted to be a god and all powerful.
I actually don't have a favorite FF villain, most of them are dull, while the protagonists and their party on the other hand, are pure awesome. But if I really had to choose, I'd choose Kuja, for the whole tranny look and everything. I swear to God I thought he was a girl until Zidane actually had to fight him.
I like Ultemecia the best, even though she was lacking in character development because of the way she intertwined herself into the plot without revealing her identity until after disc 1, while at the same time being at the root of the events that take place as early as Dollet. Time Compression is an interesting concept and Ultemecia really felt like a modern update to the classic FF villain, now that I look at the series in retrospect.
Also, if this is possible on gamespot, I would have your sn changed to "kefka WA kami" (optional "da"). You might not like that either would most likely be interpreted as "Kefka is a god/spirit" rather than "Kefka is God" though.
I'm assuming villain to be final boss. As such, I will say Kuja. However, if it refers to any boss in the series, I would go with Ultros, just because he's absolutely hilarious and utterly inept.
Kefka. Why? He killed whoever got in his way, and just for the laugh and joy of it. He destroyed the world and then ruled over it as a god, only wanting power and control and he got everything he wanted.
Anything but the chick in FFXIII or the manchick from IX. While those games are both still awesome, the villains were both far from believable and lacked any real depth.
