Mine is Garrus, I find him to be oddly funny and it feels like I am teaming up with an old friend everytime he shows up in the games.
What about you?

Garrus without a doubt, i think he is awesomeThe_Last_RideI agree, one of my favorite video game characters period.
No doubt, Garrus Vakarian.
His german VA Ronald Spiess is pure gold and apart from that. he's great written. Also all the great unforgettable Moments with him.....ME3 sniping on the Citadel for example. Man, good times :D
Also awesome that his VA also does some documentation speech overs as well on TV, always in an instant recognizing his awesome great voice :D
Shepard is a whiny **** "please drop what you're doing to save my planet because it's the most important!" "Why?" "Because the reapers haven't destroyed my planet" "Well we're still trying to save ours." "No that's pointless you should come with us to save my planet."
Mordin Solus on the other hand is the greatest followed by the Thane. Mostly because they're not selfish pricks.
Tali Zorah vas Normandy.
Her suit is awesome, and she's a feisty little thing.

this, like her character/ backstory. I would say ashley but i didnt like her in the 3rd game.
probably thane. i like the link between his AI playsty|e and his character. he's fixated on death, both in the form of his own mortality and killing others. yeah, the broad strokes carry over to combat in a way that doesn't happen with others, but also the direct form of a sniper character is a good match because he's such an offensive force but you still have to worry about his fragile defense.
that's a connection that isn't really there with some other characters. for instance, ashley has this whole backstory about how she hates aliens, but she kills about as many aliens and humans as anybody else in the squad.
Garrus, Mordin, Wrex, Liara, Javik and Jack would be the perfect squad for my starship enterprise.Beam me up Chakwas.
You could say the same about Cerberus, too. There motives are behind their actions although they may seem contradictory.probably thane. i like the link between his AI playsty|e and his character. he's fixated on death, both in the form of his own mortality and killing others. yeah, the broad strokes carry over to combat in a way that doesn't happen with others, but also the direct form of a sniper character is a good match because he's such an offensive force but you still have to worry about his fragile defense.

[QUOTE="LoG-Sacrament"]You could say the same about Cerberus, too. There motives are behind their actions although they may seem contradictory. i was kind of amused in ME3 when cerberus makes a bunch of "super soldiers" that are in gameplay terms just cannon fodder. i guess the way to think of it is that the elusive man wasn't trying to make superior soldiers so much as he was trying to make a superior force as a whole. that superior force comes in the form of a large pool of completely obedient soldiers.probably thane. i like the link between his AI playsty|e and his character. he's fixated on death, both in the form of his own mortality and killing others. yeah, the broad strokes carry over to combat in a way that doesn't happen with others, but also the direct form of a sniper character is a good match because he's such an offensive force but you still have to worry about his fragile defense.

The mercenaries on insanity were a decent challenge. Liara, with Kusami a close second. I also really like Garrus, Liara, Thane, Samara, Mirana....all hell it's easier to say who I didn't like. Kaiden, Diana Allers, and Vega.
Garrus and Tali were probably my two favourite but I really liked them all basically. I think there was actually only one character that I didn't care for and that was Kaiden.Archangel3371
I didn't mind Kaiden. Voiced by Raphael Sbarge, seemed to me like the Carth Onassi of the group.
