Who's getting GTA V this week?

When GTA V was originally released, I had only a PC and a PlayStation 4. Subsequently, I could not play it but could only tease myself by watching walkthroughs of it on YouTube. However, GTA V is coming to the PlayStation 4 this week (and PC next year), so I'll finally be able to play it. Is there anyone else who's situation is similar? Is there anyone else who's excited about this?

Nope, only version im getting besides the old gen is for pc.

I'm too impatient to wait until January.

I can wait with so many big games being released and have been in November its easy to wait until January.

Nope, only played a few hours of GTA V when it was originally released, it wasn't very good.

I'll be picking it up for the Xbox One in about 2 weeks as next week I'm going to pick up Dragon Age: Inquisition first.

Although I wasn't the biggest fan of it when it released last year, I'm going to give it another go... At least to finish the campaign.

Nope, getting the PC version.

Not now. Too many games to play and I also have it for ps3. Its a great game don't get me wrong but I beat the campaign and spent 70 hours online. Ill get it when it drops to 30 in price and when they release story dlc.

That FPS view looks great though.

I wonder what kind of sales they'll have this time around.

If there's an upgrade offer from PS3 to PS4, I'll get it.

I picked it up last year. I probably won't buy it again - a prettier meaningless sandbox with a flat story is still a meaningless sandbox with a flat story.

Yea. First person looks pretty cool. Plus from the streams I've seen the framerate looks to be much better.

Streams. Usually taken down by R* fairly quickly. Check out Neogaf GTA V threads, they have some good GIFs.

No, far cry 4 this month for me, I liked the game on the PS3, I can't justify paying full whack again just to get it a " remastered " copy for the ps4 !

No I played some of the story mode on the 360 but I just couldn't get into the game so I won't be getting it for the Xbox One I may pick it up after Christmas i'll have to wait and see and I just bought a whole load of games recently and I'm getting FC4 tomorrow so i'll be too busy playing other games.

Already have it for Xbox 360 so no rush for me to get it, I'll get it on PC eventually.

I used to own it on 360, but I decided to trade in my 360 and all the games I had for it a long time ago. So now I'll be getting it on PS4 tomorrow and I'm looking forward to hopefully diving into the game and maybe beating it.

Wait for PC guys, Mods worth it ! Rockstar needs to know the value of PC, hope the sales on PC change their minds...

Nah, I'm still against buying a game I've already bought and spent a lot of time with. What I'll do once the SP story DLC is a little conflicting though. If it's standalone, I'll probably just get it on the PS4, but if you need the disc, I'd have to play it on the PS3.

I'll probably be waiting for the PC version. I can't rightly justify the price on console when the PC version will have mods! It is tempting though, the game looks nice on PS4 though.

It's not bad, just nothing special IMO.

I bought the game today, for my Playstation 4. It's pretty rad, with smooth framerate with no slowdowns, nice first person view, and the special controller features are pretty nice. When people talk to your characters through their cellphones, you can hear them through your ps4 speakers, which I think that is a nice touch. Same with CB radio chatters. When you are being pursued by cops, you can hear the chatter from police radios, through the PS4 speakers. The only issue I have with the game is the slight delay in weapon aim view. I think the deadzone is off, just a bit. When I aim with my weapon, there is a one second delay when you aim your weapon with the right thumbstick. I only hope that gets fixed in a later patch. But so far, I am having fun with the game.

does gta online work yet

GTA Online is working fine. I preordered it for xbox360 and I loved it. I loved the story. I preodered it for PS4 and picked it up yesterday. The visuals are fantastic. I don't care if I'm in the minority, I love GTA5

Haven't decided which system to get it on yet: PS4 or Xbone. Waiting for DF analysis.
