i have played left for dead games? just like every one else who has. but with left4dead2 the game was not the issue but the lack of focus on what people wanted? yes it's really good to have gore in fact that's one of the games high lights, but still not enough to steal the show, When "left4dead" came out it was a blast every one connected to the game as if it was immersive but fun and addictive. But with portal i think they could raise left for dead a notch.

Now this is a concept to an idea let's say we have a sky scraper and the chopper crash lands on the roof or depending on the AI director you land below the sky scraper either way. but this was a building ready for "senior executives" so they installed a special "elevator" more like cake! it had a personality but the survivors just wanted to get the hell far away from the zombies. just like portal the elevator was some how contracted by a mysterious sub contractor. as the survivors read the sign near the new installed elevator they notice it was commissioned just before the out break? while at the top of the mysterious sky scraper repairs were not finished while the out break started! so the survivors step inside just like any one else would do then the doors close! and a survivor pushes the elevator button and the fun begins.

As the survivors mumble to each other pondering what the hell just spoke. it asks a question back. do me a favour and I'll do you the pleasure in helping you survive. Above the elevator a smiley face appears resulting in a happy elevator and negative smile for a unsatisfied elevator. as the survivors notice the lift has suddenly stopped. the survivors notice odd anomalies with in the suite floor. since the elevator has a personality complex it gives them a test? pass through 20 witches and you will survive if not then you will ???. as the elevator doors slam you do as it says.

but instead of a safe house the elevator is your safety And that infuriates the survivors to ask why So when one of the survivors notice a red door they run towards it thinking it's a safe room while it's in fact joke to humour the players and lure them in. if you manage to pass 20 witches then you move on the elevator would say, next level with smiley face and every one jumps up and down happy.

As the elevator stops on the 2nd floor it asks this time to work as team and bring back all survivors as it decides how hard the survivors should be on, with all four players surviving but with a twist if 3 come back alive then you shall suffer, and elevator will shut it's doors and make a deal with you? either rescue your team mate that you left behind or suffer or shoot your team mate and I'll let you in. while the tensions build the elevators infact turning the team either against them for not doing what it asked at the beginning.

So as the elevator moves to each floor so does the paranoia. survive 4 tanks on 4th level and so on. as the elevator laughs you cry and as you try to survive you wonder why you walked in to the elevator to begin with.

But the only way to get even with this so called personality complex elevator is to get to the ceo's suite on top floor to obtain the emergency key or below the car park below the the first floor. Now the elevators really mad and doesn't want you to survive and opens all the doors and while turning the fire alarm on it will attract a horde.

After defeating the horde you notice a board explaining who commissioned this building and who that "mysterious subcontractor" was? then you realise this is far worse then the zombies, as you here a sound a hunter that was locked inside the building for 2 weeks hungry and it looks strange compared to the last one in comparison What the elevator did was entice the infected to eat each other genetically enhancing all the infected above the top suite and the car park where the emergency key is.

It only takes you to A harder floor level to punish you if you failed to meet requirements you didn't do while progressing up or down the elavator resulting in a quick finale But if you did do all the requirements the elavator will take you up or down if all requirements are met.

While turning you against your team

But as i said before the chopper will either land on top of or crash below the front door of the building. resulting in different synario of objectives that the elevator will punish you to do. so many twists and turns to keep you enjoying the game.

So what you think interesting

Would you pay for this if it was a dlc or something What's your impression on it.

Best to keep your ideas to yourself.

Idea theft is a big thing.

On topic though, I am done buying DLC. I will no longer pay money for something that I cannot hold in my hand.

If you have bought it on PC, the dlc is free. In fact, Valve has released pretty much every dlc for pc, free.

Well the worlds usually free you just gotta know where to look :)

Plus what's the point of idea theft if most of the ideas are bad. if i could push a cart with my mind i would but wouldn't it be good if we all could.
