In the content department, the XBOX 360 version is supposed to be better due to exclusive DLC. In terms of technical aspects, that remains to be scene. I'm pretty confident that both will look identical in the end.

Yep! No way to know for sure! However, my sources (meaning I'm guessing here!) point to them being identical for the most part, but depending on how long and awesome the DLC is, the 360 looks to get the best version. However, you can't really go wrong with either version.
Also, just because you compare two systems doesn't mean it has to be system wars. The guy asked for an objective opinion because he wanted to know which version of a game to get. If he went into system wars... I shudder to think how quickly it would devolve into people frothing on their keyboards.
