Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising on the PS3. The worst AI and game physics I've ever seen, bugs galore, and video that failed to render resulting in invisible enemies shooting you to death. The game was so buggy it was virtually unplayable. It's the only game I've ever completely given up on before finishing.
