Some of the worst games I've played over the past couple of generations: Ninja Gaiden 2, Infinite Undiscovery, Grandia 3, Star Ocean: TTeoT, that Mega Man RPG, True Crime, Splinter Cell, MGS, that Rome gladiator game.
Worst game bug wise was True Crime New York City. The civilians just walking the street would get stuck on objects and just swear over and over again, there was a glitch about 1/2 through that was almost game ending unless you knew the trick and I fought the last guy, hit him with a rocket launcher and it blew apart the subway car we were fighting on. After that is was just him and I fighting on thin air while traveling down a track.
Worst game generally was Soul Bringer. Just a slow, clunky pc game that was boring as hell
