What is the worst game you have ever played? For me, it was Blockland for the PC. I thought it was going to be fun, but it wasn't. It was just the DEMO and it was horrible!
I do plenty of research on this website and others before I spend money on a game. My worst investment, easily, would be Destroy All Humans. It was fun at first, then it got repetitive...and tedious...and boring! I returned it with a certain satisfaction I might add.
It have to be one of the Kingsfield games on the ps2 (can't remember which one though). It's the only one in the series I've played, but all I've heard about the series as a whole is that it stinks.
I'll probably get an earful for this but Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is worst game I've played recently. No what I did I just could not get into this game. I enjoy GTA 3 and Vice City too.
startink to think about it, i realised that all games i`ve played are good, but the worst may be Sid Meier`s Pirates. It was fun for a day, but got boooored of it the next day, so probably that is the worst i`ve played :)

Bloody murder! Pirates is a great game.
So is Hidden and Dangerous although it does have stupid AI.
People, what are you talking about!!! All the games that you mentioned are quite good (almost).
You need to look objectively! Not just 'blah I don't like this game because I didn't like it'.
There are some serious 'gaming crimes' out there!
Ok, my vote is for BATMAN DARK TOMORROW on old grandpa xbox, this game has won to be the worst game ever that I played during my 18' years of gaming experience...but it's not that bad, ranked only 7th on gamerankigs worst of all time. After this game I didn't try to go any 'higher' in the best worst games :D and I promised myself to never touch such a...... bad game :) again!
Fighting with the miserable camera and controls on the Simpsons Game was awful but the World Champion of terrible is XBLA's Space Giraffe. Jeff Minter should never get financial backing to make a game ever again.

I've seen some serious exaggeration in this thread - really Metal Gear Solid 3 is the worst game you've ever played? GTA San Andreas? You've never played a game with bad mechanics, laughable graphics, or unfair AI, right out of the box? Any of those things would make for a worse game than many of the ones mentioned in this thread. Come on! Unless you really haven't played that many games....
The worst game I can remember playing is Legend of Alon D'ar for PS2. I bought it for like five bucks out of a bin after being misled into thinking it was a mulitplayer action RPG. Wow. I think Adventure for Atari 2600 gave me longer gameplay without the dated graphics. I found out after I traded it back in (or threw it away) that I knew the guy who voiced the main character. Next time I see him...
Morrowind, I like my games to be 1 or 2 day travel in game...not 1 to 2 day travel in real lifeShinoto
Yea travelling took awhile on that game but come on, it was still really good. At least on the journey there and back you could get useful items for potions as well as experience.
As for my worst game, I'd have to say Killzone...game was boring, tedious, and the graphics were dull at best.
