No More Heroes VS Oneechanbara Revolution...

Check out this trailer of Oneechanbara Revolution for the Wii:

Honestly, I didn't think much of this but as another half-baked gimmick that uses scantily clad women to sell the game (like DOA XXtreme), but after watching the trailer, Oneechanbara is pretty impressive.

Of course it's not better than No More Heroes, but it certainly looks and plays better than SC Legends.

I was trying to figure out why "Oneechanbara" sounded so familiar, than I realized it's that one series that had a semi-realistic approach to hack'n slash playstlye. You had to clean your sword, cause the bloodier it gets the slower and weaker your attacks become. It's one those Japanese only series, I think there's only like 2 or 3 on the PS2.

If they implement the motions right it could be really fun to play.

When I get a Wii and if the Wii's are region free I'd actually think about importing it.

I was under the impression that there is a 360 version of Oneechanbara in the works, but it probably won't come to North America :(((( I love the concept of the game.

No More Heroes is leaps and bounds better than the Oneechanbara series and Soul Calibur Legends. I have played all three games and the only thing that those two games have in comon is that it rains blood when you kill someone. That's it.

Oneechanbara and Soul Calibur Legends are good games but, in no way are they killers of anything.

What the hell was that? An instructional video or a commercial?

The lady looked like she was having so much fun waving that Wii-mote side to side.

Im certainly intriuged by this game though, killer or not. The fighting style of the brunette chick in blue seems quite fun.
