I've read recently that Microsoft will release the PSP2 with integrated itunes music player around November of next year.

a portable xbox has been rumoured many times. but personally, i think microsoft is better off concentrating on the xbox and pc platform. i believe handhelds are far from microsoft's signature products.

There has been rumors, but nothing concrete. Given that most of the responses in this thread have been antagonistic, I'm gonna close this one down.
