You could only choose one and would never be able to play any of the others.  Oh yea, you own all the systems too.  I would've made this a poll but glitchspot is acting up again.

So what would it be?

I'd have to say probably Halo3.

Of those, GTA IV.

If other, FFT. 

Starcraft has been out about 9 yrs and I never got bored of it so if we're picking just from games to be released in the future I would pick Other and say Starcraft II. SC1 has been a timeless game that people have played for years and I'm guessing SC2 will be designed to do the same

GTA IV I'd prob get more playtime out of it.

If Fable 2 had been up there i'd definitly pick that. Would be hard toss up between the two.
