Portal wins hands-down, but I did like the gears of war credits where they made a rap out of Coles lines. Oh, Yeah, That's right baby, This my kinda S***! I got a good lol out of it.
Well, I don't remember many credit themes TBH... I guess the most memorable themes for me have been pretty much the MGS 1-3 credit themes and the original RE credit theme... but out of those 4, I pick these 2.

enough with this portal &%$^. that game is the most overrated PoS ever. more overrated then MW2, MGS4, Gears, Halo, etc. it's boring, short, and not even funny. and i'm a HUGE valve fan. but portal gets way too much love around here.

Hey I take offense to that sir. Been a member since the golden ages. I have some favorites from back then too but its hard to remember.

It's hard to overstate my satisfaction.

I know it's hard to remember after hundreds or even thousands of games... but c'mon!! I find hard to believe not a single theme got stuck in your head for good.

How 'bout the Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty opening credits music by Henry Gregson Williams? I friggin' love that music.
