your favorite psx and ps2 games?

gonna spend some gift cards on some old school psx and ps2 game so just wonderin peoples old favorites

i got the metal gears, resident evils, FF7 and FF8 and a couple others

so yea suggestions on classics or gems in the ruff for either system

I never owned a PsX but had a Ps2. My favorite games being God of War I + II, Ratchet & Clank Going Commando and MGS2.

PS1: Xenogears

PS2: Persona 4, Silent Hill 2, Ico

Metal Gears, GTA, Jak & Daxter, and Ratchet & Clank come to mind.

The two games the caused me to get a PS2 are Flatout and Katamari Damacy and both have excellent sequels.

Don't have a favourite PS1 game but the two games I did pick up as soon as I could were Colony Wars and Colony Wars Vengance.
