I never knew it received a remake. Is it worth getting if you already have the Dreamcast version? Or is it just basically a port?

I would be interested to hear that as well. I can tell you it was Japan-only though, Emerald.[QUOTE="Emerald_Warrior"][QUOTE="Dudersaper"]It's definetly one of my favourite games out there. I also really enjoy it's remake on the PS2. :D And thanks :PEikichi-Onizuka

I would be interested to hear that as well. I can tell you it was Japan-only though, Emerald. It came out in Europe at least, not sure about US. It's called Maken Shao Demon Sword, it changes the view to 3rd person and the story mas minor changes. I'd say it's worth owning even if you have Maken X.Space Channel 5 and Typing of the Dead, and most importantly Skies of Arcadia are the ones that come to mind.Â
Maken X is a weird one atleast in there no doubt.

Skies of Arcadia, no question. I can still remember the first time I beat it, wandering around the house afterwards thinking "What am I supposed to do with my life now?"
Also, Tech Romancer and Project Justice.
Some of my favourites:
My favorites are:
Ah, so it did get released in Europe. Now I have to look into if it was released in the US but I'm pretty positive it wasn't(PS2 version that is).Eikichi-Onizuka
According to GameFAQs, it wasn't released in the US:

Maken X is also one of my favourites on the Dreamcast. I recently played wholeheartedly for the first time, due to the recommendations in this forum, and I really grew to like it.
