*well aware I have more than one in some of these; yet picking a favorite isn't always so easy as simply one, some games do things differently while both'etc' still being equally enjoyable, and/or mechanically deep experiences. Even then it was tough narrowing it down. As I deeply enjoy a lot of games.

I prefer RTS games. Best of all I like Total War Battles: Kingdom. Also, I played tropical Wars, Mushroom Wars 2, Forge of Empires. They are all exciting.

So I see the kind of games people like here, mostly arcade style games, JRPGs and a lot of sonic fans. They develop the same kind of games as well, too many side scroller mario clones and sonic clones, and a lot of zombie fps shooters. It seems a certain kind of community visits these forums.

Is that suppose to come across as patronising? Why even make this thread if you find it difficult to tolerate others having different preferences.

I was addicted to many old games when I was a kid. Few of my major addictions where:

1. Sonic

2. Burnout

3. Claw

4. Super Starfish

But recently I got addicted to this free game called Vedah. This game looks simple but is technical and interesting in its own way. The pause functionality in this game is really unique, which makes the game stand out.

Two different ways of playing this game are available. Like Draw & Tilt. This makes the game engaging and nice.

A must try game to all arcade game lovers I would say!
