Your first PS2 game?

Mine was Tekken tag and FFX.

Think it must have been Tekken Tag. Or it could have been Gran Turismo 3.

I believe there were 3 titles that I bought at the time. Orphen: Scion of Sorcery, Zone of the Enders 1.

But I can't quite remember the third title.

My apartment got robbed shortly after the PS2 was released, and my PSone and all 40+ games were stolen. Insurance covered my loss and I got approx $1300 Canadian to spend to get back my stuff. I ended up buying a PS2 and six games, which were Madden 2001, Ready to Rumble Boxing : Round 2, Gradius 3&4, NHL 2001, Tekken Tag Tournament, and Swing Away Golf. Good times, good times........And before you ask, yes, my apartment did get robbed legit.

My first two were one of the Madden´s games and the Bouncer;I bought them the same day and the console.

Another Tekken Tag here, amazing game too! Never liked the huge memory card file size the game took though...

I got mine with the Gran Turismo 3 pack-in, and I also picked up Dark Cloud.

im not sure. it might have been GTA III, Burnout2, or something else. i've had my ps2 since like 2001

I believe it was Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec(bundled with the unit). My first purchased game was SSX Tricky(which I continue to play today)

GTA 3 and DMC were my first ps2 games.

...didn't get a chance to play PS3 games until my roommie picked up a BC PS3.

The first one was Final Fantasy X the day I bought it as I just bought my ps2 a month ago because we used to have two ps2s but my brother sold one a few years back and the other one got busted and now he greatly regret it. So I bought a new one and he already had FFX so I started playing it and it is awesome.

Gran Turismo 3 was my first.

Mine was GoW 2, i bought my ps2 with in middle of 2007 and at that time that game was first and many glorified its violence, i played that game about 3 months but i didn't finish it and found a little difficult its challenge aboveall having to push buttons like mad in some circumstances, so i decided to sell itlike new (well it was pratically) i sold it for 25 euros on ebay. i found it annoying.

I never had a PS2 last gen since all I had was a Gamecube (although I had played many PS2 games before). I didn't get one till May of 08 (I got it for free)and the first game I bought for it was Persona 3: FES.

It was Smuggler's Run and it completely amazed me at the time. I just loved the fact that I could see these hills far in the distance, then I could slowly drive to those hills and, if I could find the right angle, I could drive right over those hills! It seems like nothing now but at the time I was so happy to be able to see so far and have such a large playground in which to smuggle.
