I forgot about Nemesis!!! He was pretty scary when he came out that window in the police station
Regenerators and the Omega Pirate from Metroid Prime scariness-wise... gameplay-wise, I'm gonna have to go with the final boss fights of MGS2 and MGS3, because of their horrible mechanics. I still get shivers every time I play through MGS2 and 3... :shock:
is that the one in the safe at the Shinra Mansion in FF7? because that thing comes out of nowhere! i still remember my shock after spending an hour collecting the combination for that lock, and then inside lurks that bastard.
i always get him confused with the one from FF3... was it Phunbaba?

if it's about scary enemies , the scariest one is the baby ghost in Silent Hill1:P , Nemesis and I remember that I got really scared when I saw my image in mirror fighting me in the old Prince of persia:P, well there are more
if it's about feared enemies ( those whom u don't wanna meet) I don't remember any now , but maybe there're one or two only:)
