Your thoughts on RE5 being called racist

I think the Game has Humans that you can shoot down, just like in many other Games.

People might joke around about it, but it's not a racist Game.

Why are you killing them? You aren't killing the zombies because they're black. You are killing them because they are trying to kil you. That isn't racism

of course its racist. i mean, if they weren't black, they wouldn't shoot the zombies, right?

Again, ill kick in my two cents on this topic. For every one to say, "It was okay to kill White Zombies and Spanish Zombies, but

ZOMG killing black zombies is racist!!" is not really a fair statement. Now im not by any means calling this game racist, howevery,

you have to see why some peple would get offended. True, it is just a game, however, imagine playing as HITLER as a main

character and then killing a bunch of JEWS. The same principal applies, your playing as a WHITE man killing a bunch of AFRICAN

zombies....Its just kind of touchy. And for anyone to say "go suck an egg" or "those people are stupid" may be a little bit culturely

insensitive. WHITES and HISPANICS did not go through SLAVERY or THE HOLOCAUST, you have to understand that it can bring

back painful memrories. Although it was over 400 years ago and people may just say "get over it" it still hurts for some people to

have to see things such as this....

White people cant possibly understand the pain of another race, especially since they were the ones who enslaved africans. Thats

like asking a african american to understand why elvis was so important, just a fat white guy who sang songs IMO. But anyway,

They got it worse than anyone else and you dont hear them complain about the current generation of white people why? Because we were not alive then and they know that some of our families had nothing too do with it so its impossible to place blame.

I also think its about time for white people to start yelling and screaming about every thing the blackpeople do towards us. that does not get into the spot light much why, because we don't gripe like they do. They can deny it all they want but they know they are not innocent of this great sin thats caused problems for hundreds of years now.

And africans were selling there own people as slaves too, you don't here about that very often. So they have to blame their own people just as much as white people for that.

And one more thing , its not no where near as bad now as it was back then, yes it still exist but as far as right now goes I believe with all my heart that they are just as bad as anyone else ever was.

Walk down a black neighbor hood that is not in a bad area and I bet a white person will have more problems than a black person would walking in a white neighbor hood. I for one have ben jacked, offered crack, called a cracker, and have had guns pointed at me by black people, because my uncle lives in a mostly black area. And all this is true I promise you, so I can give a crap less what they say, they are just as bad as the whites ever were.

This isn't the same thing as playing Hitler and killing Jews. I could see if the main charachter was some racist dude but he isn't. Also lots of black peoplelike Elvis. Another thing every race was oppressed at soe point even whites.Also before you say zog racist I am also black. Lots of black people that faced oppression are still alive today, and I have seen Native American rallies before. But that doesn't make it right to try to bring down whites.

I have been harassed by whites, and also except for the cracker thing they might have been bothering you just because they wanted your money I bet they would do it to another black if they got the chance

Totally agree. I dont have any problem with white people. However i am more comfortable around every other race except white

and asian. But anyway blacks have the odds stacked against them when it comes to trying to be wealthy and successful. Mostly

because of white people. And also you can say every man controls his own fate, but white people do not want to help

I semi agree yes it is sort of the older generation of whites faults for bringing blacks over here to be slavesand then with the segregation mess but still some blacks don't really try to better themselves and just bring down other black people in their comunity. And I am not to sure about that whole blacks getting less help during Katrina.

First of all I am not racist at all and I dont support slavery,But what i want to know,How can you have painful memories of slavery and the holocaust when you never experienced it yourself(I dont mean you space cowboy).

The media (MTV, I'm talking to you) has created an environment where people think that every mention of ethnicity is racist.
