Those are honestly the ones that were so bad they were worth remembering for their mediocrity. Oh yea, since I'm on the Sega CD, I'll include Sewer Shark.

Mario Sunshine and Luigi's Mansion were great, just not up to the stratospheric expectations.

I remember once I received a game called 'The Sum of All Fears' free on Gamecube, my word that was the most shoddy, unfinished hunk of crap I have ever had the misfortune of suffering. Other than that I have a discerning eye when it comes to games and rarely end up playing poor quality software.

I hear ya on the others, but Mafia? What didn't you like about it? That was a cool game.

No Particular Order

Wetrix 64 - It's impossible to do anything in this game except lose.

Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth -Despite being a critic's favorite, this game just sucks. You'd have to be a die hard Lovecraft fan to appreciate all the story and whatnot. While the engine is impressive for the time, it's not in any way entertaining. Playing this game feels like a chore.

Silent Hill 4 - Cool "Rear Window"-esque idea, carried out about as poorly as possible

FInal Fantasy 8 - I fought the GF Cactuar for 8 hours one night just for him to run away in the last three minutes of the fight... awful game!

Frogger - Yeah, it's a classic, but it should have been forgotten. Horrible!

well i don't play a lot of bad games since i generally do a lot of research before purchasing or even renting a game, but here they are:

the tick (snes): most repetitive game ever

dead or alive 4: they totally screwed up the movesets

devil may cry 2: so much for capcom's legendary streak of great sophomore games

superman 64: i felt cheated out of the 3 dollars i paid to rent it back in the day

chameleon twist (n64): bad, just bad

luigi mansion: when the hell are they going to just give luigi his own damn platformer instead of a stupid vacuum sim?

ninja gaiden (i'm talking about the original nes one): you think ninja gaiden on the xbox is hard? try playing the original! it's most impossibly difficult piece of crap ever!

funhouse (nes): roll around on skates and throw tomatoes? what the hell does that even have to do with the gameshow it's based on?

tales of symphonia (gc): one of the most overrated games ever

chronicles of riddick: xbox live enabled my ass!

Kingdom hearts isn't a "bad" game per se, it's just a very average action rpg that's blessed with lots of recognizable characters.
