June Schedule Planning! Make your game recommendations

I would like to be flexible for the month of June because we plan to have E3 in the first week. I will also be on vacation mid/late June. So, here's to a month full of a different kind of game night to make up for it.

I'd like to call this kind of format the Game Night Scramble! We're going to select four different platforms and games for one night. Just about every GameSpot member should have a chance to participate on their primary platform at least once this month.

June Schedule

Week 1 cancelled [June 2]: No game night planned because staff will be attending E3 (e3.gamespot.com). However, I may dhave some kind of E3/GameSpot trivia similar to the zombie one. This way you all have something to do while we're in Los Angeles covering the event.

Well Street Fighter is only 1 v 1 and some people played 4 player co-op in L4D. So I don't really see a problem. Plus the matches are short so it will be easy to switch in and out of games.

PS3: Metal Gear Online(aka MGS4) or UT3

PC: Diablo 2 would be nice how bout Warcraft III?

I'd be down for Diablo 2 at any time (provided we start from scratch, I don't have any characters on US realms.)

What if we had a handheld game night sometime. we could do games like Pokemon Platinum or Resistance Retribution.

I have an idea that I would like some feedback on. As a game night how about a party on PlayStation Home? Everyone with a PS3 has access to it so chances on a good turnout would be high. We could socialize in someones apartment. We could all launch into seperate games, so it works towards everyone's convieniance. For the Bounty Hunter emblem we could play a game of Ultimate Hide and Seek. After all isnt a Bounty Hunter's job to "seek" someone out? I think we could have a lot of fun with this. My idea may need a bit of tweeking but it could work well. So yes, I reccomend PlayStation Home for a game night.kcwsk8

I have a decent Idea. Mortal Kombat 3 on xbox live is only 400 points and can have up to four people in a room at once. We could do that.

GSUK hasn't hosted a game night in like forever. The game night should be for everyone it should exclude anyone.

What are the chances we could convince some of the admin for UK to host an "unofficial" game night for people in the UK? Slim probably but who knows.

Of course, Game Nights could definitely use more fighting games like MK vs DC, Dead or Alive 4, Soul Calibur 4, Fight Night Round 3....
