Um, I tried counter strike. I got into an uber laggy perma flash fy poolday game or something like that. So ya my first experience was pretty bad. However, I just went onto TFC and that was really fun and got me from the console FPS to PC FPS band wagon. Sniper at 2fort is awesome :D
you guys are some shooter newbs :lol: :P 1.6 & Halo 2 haven't been out that long, I thought I haven't been playing FPS online very long but in comparison to you two. I bet I'm about to get countered by someone who has been playing since doom on pc :P
First online shooter for me, I guess, must have been Unreal Tournament on PC, around 1999-2000; then Quake 3, and several of the PC games that were based on the Q3 engine, like Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and Return to Castle Wolfenstein, as well as a bunch of their mods. Alliance CTF is my single biggest reason for being excited about Lost Planet. Grapples, yo!
My first ONLINE one was Halo 2...and that was only a few months ago :? XUFU is having a tourny on it tomorrow...can't wait to be pwned :roll: I started playing CS last summer though (summer 2005 for those of you who are "smart":P) Before that I played this other one...that I don't remember the name of...:D

Last summer was summer 2006, it's fall 2006 now.
That's not how I consider it. When we're in summer 2007, I'll be saying "last summer" to refer to summer 2006. Until then, when I say "last summer", I mean summer 2005. Don't ask me why...I'm just like that.
He means Enemy Terrain. I was showing off my new video card to him yesterday and I was merciful enough to let my XP take a couple hits in order for him to be able to play a match or two :P
