Fanboys have no idea about the gaming market.

Look at some of the comments. Most say that Sony is coping yet again. What these people dont know is that the mraket moves, and to compete you have to move with the market, not try to take it in another direction.

I personally believe that Sony is moving in the right direction with this. They realize that next gen console are not just about the games, the features they must have must cater to much more than just a handful of gamers. They need to appeal to everybody. Not just that, the games also much appeal to everybody by utilizing these next gen features.

Fanboys will never look by the direct compitition of M$ and Sony. They will never realize that these companies arnt as much competeing agianst each other (which actually improves quality unlike fanboys think) as these companies are trying to turn a profit. You cant do that by not following the market.

This is also the reason I think the Wii will be a huge upset to gamers around the world.

And literially...Yes it is copying but that is just a very shallow way to say it. It is business. Take from the best and make it your own. Let me just say like The Zune Player sounds like complete ownage(30gig, Compatible with any Program...not just Itunes, Wifi built in and Radio, you can replace the batteries yourself, Bigger Screen)...Same price as Apple's 30gig^^ 250$ Its business. Take what you like from your compeitition and improve upon it. Heck its even human nature...You learn from others, that these original ideas do not come from no where now^^ You take in info and create your own.

I don't think Sony is copying ANYTHING... their just adapting to the changes being made. In order to survive in the jungle, you must adapt. Nintendo presented change, Sony followed, Microsoft didn't. Adapting is the law of the jungle.
