If not then what are you doing?:o
It's one of the most intriguing and disturbing anime I've seen in a while. And if you're a fan of the manga then you will be happy to know that so far it's doing a great job of sticking to the source material. If you are a fan mysteries and anime in general I suggest you check it out.

Isn't that an anime where some kid finds a note, and whoever's name he writes on it will die?

I was going to make a topic on this, but I didn't think enough people cared. I am watching the anime, I read the entire manga, finished it not too long ago. I like how they do some of the stuff in the anime, with the crazy latin vocals it makes it more awesome. Yeah, it is doing a good job of staying accurate to the manga. I should spoilz teh ending so no one watches! :o

How far have you gotten? You can be really vague as to not give it away to the other people, I'd probably understand, or PM. At least so I don't accidentally slip up spoilers later. :o

Not into it.

I've just finished watching all 26 episodes of Planetes and I'm reading the manga version of it.

I started reading it this summer, and I'm only on the 6th volume(Well I just finished the 5th but I still need to get the 6th) of the english mangas. I'm pretty slow when it comes to picking up new volumes since the only place I do get them is Barnes and Noble when I happen to be there.:P

I heard some of my friends talking about it, I'm not sure about it though. I've been disapointed in so many of the animes they have told me to get into (Bleach, Naruto, Trinity Blood & more)

Just wondering... how do you people watch Anime? >.> I mean, I used to try and watch some, however I don't know what channels you watch them on, or where you watch them. I've seen a few in my life, and enjoyed some, and despised some because of the kiddie-fied ness that some companies make them out, or vagueness of them. One of my favorites I used to watch, albeit very vague and empty (thanks 4Kids) was Cardcaptors. I think it was called :Cardcaptors: Sakura"  the real show or something. It was nice, but I could never actually watch anime, because well.. Naruto, One Piece, and others I heard were great were all ending up like that, and then the ones you guys talk about, I can never find. :(

Torrents are your friend in the anime world. And I also go to fansub.tv to find the latest fansubs of new unlicensed animes. Or of all else fails there's always Youtube.

I think I'll try that. I don't really wanna risk with torrents, those are peer to peer right? Wouldn't that mean a risk of viruses? >.>

Well yes there is that possibility but if you get the torrent from the fansub source or trust the source you are getting it from then there generally isn't any problems like that. At least I haven't had any problems yet.

Ah, sounds cool. I'll look into it then, when I have time to download it and then watch it. :P So much stuff going on right now, then there's the many new games, and I have work full time, before I start school next year...
