This is pathetic. MS is sueing over this? It's nothing but a low end comparison showing what you would need to have the low end 360 (Core) to be on a similar level with the PS3's low end model: 20GB HDD, New Format Drive (HD-DVD), Wireless Controller, and what you would need to play online (Xbox Live Gold). All it is showing is that you would need those things to add on to the Core 360 for it to match the PS3's low end model out of the box.

Thats why its controversial, because theirs 2 parts to it, sony can fight back, but so can MS, if it was obvious one way or another, the lawsuit likely woulden't have been public.
They have no right to sue about something as insignificant as this, especially after all they've done themselves. If they do, then they're just as low, and in some ways, even lower.Â
