Need a photoshopper to help a fellow GUFU member out.

As you can tell I am now without a sig. Some guy on the TGZ started making one for me but never finished. He came up with a cool idea that I would like to see put into use in a good sig.

That was his idea and I absolutly love it. Could somebody help me out?
