Unfortunately I will be leaving this union, I have very much enjoyed coming here but have recently discovered that the leadership of gufu was allowing and supporting a major TOU violation right under my nose. This I feel makes me look very stupid and I am no longer happy to stay on here.

I have more and more recently begun to feel caught in the middle betwen my mod duties and my involvement with this union and to be perfectly honest I do not think the union has been heading in a good direction as of late, recent events highlight this. I wish you all the best and hope to see you all in system wars.

No! Not you too! :( TOU violations you say? I don't like the sound of this, I know you probably can't tell us so why don't someone come clean and say it?

I have also my own bag with leadership issuesin this union and I have honestly considered leaving for a while, but since I really like the members here I truly hope we can work something out, but I'm afraid the officers of this union wont ever listen to me, least of all change.

I do hope you guys realise that you have been leading this union down a pretty unstable path and hope you will do something about it soon because this can't go on much longer.

What is this major ToU violation that was being supported? As a member of GUFU, I feel that I and everyone else should know. Otherwise it can not be addressed.

As for the union going downhill, I don't see it. Maybe it's because I'm not on the IRC that much, but the board here as has been fairly good.

And as for this TOU violation, this should be brought to light because it involves GUFU as a whole. I agree with Ibacai and Sonicare, we should know what is going on.

Indeed it does but I feel a few liberties should be given to the populous in light of recent events. And also we as members should accept the responsibility here, we have to work for the union if we want it to be all it can be. Ibacai

I am not sure where you are getting this impression that Ak has any say over this union when he is no longer in it, but I can assure you that it is not sure in any way, shape, or form. It is true that Some members still communitcate with him over AIM, Including myself. And that sometimes he visits the IRC. But is it wrong for us to still talk to him? He does not influance desicions in the union, you seem to be getting the wrong impression

Realistically, who knows?All the members know is thatwe read the IRC log with MANY accusations flying between officers and then two officers resigned. It's human nature to search for answers if we are unsure of what has occured. Additionally, while several people maybe being dramatic, a great number of us care about this union and wish to know what is going on. Maybe if answers were given we would be less likely to speculateand/or blow things out of proportion.

Yeah, supplying the final argument really doens't explain anything else than that you are unable to have a peaceful argument with eachother. It did explain that there was an argument, but I would really prefer an official statement with several sides of the story, all facts down and an apology from those who should give it rather than be handed a copy of three people arguing, leaving eachother in spite and then let that be it.

Resolving something does not mean admitting that something happend. You actually need to do something about the problem and realise that two of the most active people of the union left over this, regardless of how you felt about them they were a part of this union and most of the members liked having them around.
